my local store listened to my needs and were very helpful. I wanted a natural fibres mattress and they were able to supply me with exactly what I was looking for.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Knowledgeable and precise with the information. Overall a pleasant experience.

The care and knowledge of the customer advisor was first class and he was very knowledgeable and patient.

Staff member took time to chat with us to see what we were looking for and showed a variety of options. Made sure we took our time to choose the right bed and mattress that suited our needs the best. Also supplied us with bottles of water as it was such a warm day and shopping wearing masks is not fun 🙃. Would definitely go back in future.

From the time we arrived in store to we left was a great experience with the machine to help us decide on our new bed , the staff were great left us to think about things and no pushing for sales , very helpful and a nice cool bottle of water and that helped

Dornie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We tried several beds without any undue pressure to buy. We ended up with a Tempur, which will be arriving soon.
