Our salesman, Donnie, was very helpful but not pushy (I hate pushy!!). Very friendly shop.

I was recommended the store by my granddaughter who took me in for a visit and Tracy was extremely helpful and was able to guide me to the right choice

Tracy (Inverness branch) was great. She was friendly and professional (and funny) and spent a good amount of time going through everything with us. We loved the mattress machine (who doesn’t?) and would quite easily have stayed there the whole time but Tracy persuaded us to actually look at beds. She didn’t baulk when I suggested that what I was looking for in a bed was ‘something that will stop him snoring and me crying’. She even managed to sell us a £99 pillow, so big kudos to Tracy. Seriously, she’s a real asset to the team. You should get her a coffee machine for the branch

Great service, friendly and efficient

Dreams had their beds and mattresses well spaced out and easily to try out - staff were very pleasant and helpful and approachable.

The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable about their products, all social distancing procedures were in place and adhered to which was very important to us as we have been sheilding, we were very pleased with our choice of mattress and the member of staff who served us was very polite and helpful .

Having just visited one of your competitors we were in a good position to compare and Dreams were a dream from start to finish. We loved the intuitive mattress selector. The staff member explained thoroughly the process and the outcomes. He then allowed us ample time to try each mattress. The inclusion of pillows for us to use brought a reality to the experience which was missing from your competitor. Small but very significant difference! At no time did we feel rushed or pressured and we were left alone to try the mattresses for as long as we needed which we really appreciated. All in all the experience was exemplary!

Your assistant Donnie was a very friendly, helpful, well informed member of staff who listened to our needs and gave us constructive advice. He was a credit to your company and a pleasure to work with.

The sales assistant was very patient and helpful, despite being on his own and having to deal with several customers at the same time, one being disabled and a wheelchair user. He was not pushy, he gave us plenty of time to try different beds and he gave us good advice. We just hope this Tempur mattress suits us, items from two other stores did not.
