It was very daunting to be faced with a store full of mattresses and not knowing where to start. Sales staff very friendly and made us feel at ease. Listened to our concerns and likes and dislikes. Also had the sense when to leave us to discuss (this is not often the case in shops) and it is a big purchase after all.

We were left alone to browse and when we did ask for assistance your staff were very attentive and Tiree went the extra mile for us

We found the sales assistant to be extremely well informed. Very patient with us and she got to fully understand our needs. I didn't feel that we were put under pressure to buy but felt that we needed to ensure we had the best possible mattress. The staff were friendly and professional at all times. I would have absolutely not hesitation recommending dreams and I am looking forward to receiving our new mattress. First class service thank you
