It took two visits to decide what bed I wanted. Sales lady gave me all the dimensions of the beds and also suggested that if I gave her the size of my room then she could help. Once I’d decided , thought that I would need a mattress but sales lady said because mine was a good one that I need not bother for now and she also saved me some money on the choice os slats that the mattress lay on.......no high pressure sale so it made it an enjoyable experience at the Inverness store🤗🤗🤗🤗

Great service from when I walked into the shop, very helpful assistant. & not too pushy (which I hate) guided me to the exact product I was looking for & even better it was in the sale. Didn’t buy straight away because it was the first shop I had been into. Had a look at around a few other shops, went home & pondered over my options. Decided to go with dreams so called & spoke with same assistant, got item ordered & looking forward to the delivery which is not too far off. Thanks

Sales Assistant was very helpful and made us feel at ease. He knew his products and explained them to our understanding and was not pushy. He was caring to our needs. If you had Employee of the Month, would highly recommend him.
