Sales Assistant was very helpful and made us feel at ease. He knew his products and explained them to our understanding and was not pushy. He was caring to our needs. If you had Employee of the Month, would highly recommend him.

Great service from when I walked into the shop, very helpful assistant. & not too pushy (which I hate) guided me to the exact product I was looking for & even better it was in the sale. Didn’t buy straight away because it was the first shop I had been into. Had a look at around a few other shops, went home & pondered over my options. Decided to go with dreams so called & spoke with same assistant, got item ordered & looking forward to the delivery which is not too far off. Thanks

My son is autistic so finding the right bed for him is essential. The member of staff Tracy was amazing with him and so understanding of his behaviour in the shop and involved him so much. She gave him a balloon as a distraction which was brilliant as it gave me time to discuss what I was looking for and consider all my options. Absolutely outstanding experience.

This is my second purchase from dreams and I am hugely delighted with product, service, delivery and after sales. I would never look anywhere else for my bedroom purchases
