This is my second purchase from dreams and I am hugely delighted with product, service, delivery and after sales. I would never look anywhere else for my bedroom purchases

The Salesman was very informative and had a good understanding of the products on sale. We had plenty time to try out various mattresses and, at no point, were we pressured in to buying any product.

The women we met with was friendly, bubbly, listened to our needs, helped us choose the best mattress, was not pushy and understood our budget and requirements

The young lady who served us was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. We told her how we normaly we can not get credit, and the fact that we normally just pay cash. She was on her computer for nearly an hour, and she discovered that our address was coming up wrong. It had a name which we never bothered to use. Once we told her the name bingo we got credit. In all the places we have tried to get credit, they all just said sorry, and we just paid cash. She went the mile extra for us, and now we know we are cleared for credit. She was not only helpful but also very nice and attentive. Even offering us bottled water, where we were waiting so long. I can not praise her enough.
