Tracy was super helpful when we visited the Inverness store. She took the time to talk us through the range of mattresses and beds all while maintains the strict Covid guidelines. She made the shopping as easy as it could be.

The manager who we dealt with was very helpful & showed my husband & myself every possible thing. We really were impressed with the new machine which you have in store, I am sure we will have a pleasant night sleep, can't wait until our mattress arrives.

Initially placed a phone call to ensure the products viewed on line were available, 3 hr drive to my closest store. Very helpful chap called Donnie answered all queries. Donnie was equally helpful on our visit to the store which was instrumental in making our purchase that day.
