Friendly member of staff who took time to explain the products and then to use the sleep tester. He wasn't pushy or forward and allowed us to choose the right product with just the right amount of assistance.

The assistant Tracy was bright and cheery and related to us in a relaxed way, we are 91 and 85yrs old. She let us take our time to think things through and helped us by some good interjections from her knowledge of the stock and customer feed back. We felt quite at peace with our decisions. thank you.
