Speed of placing the order, assistance in the store and friendliness. Military discount was very welcome and appreciated. Bit disappointed that the delivery time went from 2 to 5 weeks in the space of an hour though.

We visited twice, the first time to look for a mattress and David (Dave) looked after us really well. on returning yesterday we were again well looked after by David(Dave) and the branch manager Tracy. Friendly helpful staff. I was shopping with my brother who has some learning difficulties and poor health. The new bed was for him. We were both looked after and George explained what he wanted bed wise to gentleman who served us - who listened and helped. It was a nice experience and we purchased bed, mattress and pillows and arranged for old bed to be recycled which is great. Thank you dreams.
