From the moment I entered the store your representative was friendly, patient, approachable and very knowledgeable on the range and suitability of the products you offer. There was no hard sell, no pushing products that were not needed meaning that I found what I wanted with the minimum of fuss. I had visited other stores that day looking for a bed that suited my needs and it wasn't until I walked into your store that I left satisfied with what I found.

We got a friendly welcome from Donnie in your Inverness branch, he gave us a warm welcome and let us do the mattress finder and then showed us what he thought worked well based on the results then he left us to browse and try most the mattresses in the store. He was very knowledgeable but not pushy at all. We were just browsing but we really liked the service we received and Donnie explained we could just pay the deposit as we are in the middle of moving house with no date set as of yet and Donnie couldn’t of been more helpful saying we could move delivery dates if need be to accommodate our move.

We got a friendly welcome from Donnie in your Inverness branch, he gave us a warm welcome and let us do the mattress finder and then showed us what he thought worked well based on the results then he left us to browse and try most the mattresses in the store.
