We got a friendly welcome from Donnie in your Inverness branch, he gave us a warm welcome and let us do the mattress finder and then showed us what he thought worked well based on the results then he left us to browse and try most the mattresses in the store. He was very knowledgeable but not pushy at all. We were just browsing but we really liked the service we received and Donnie explained we could just pay the deposit as we are in the middle of moving house with no date set as of yet and Donnie couldn’t of been more helpful saying we could move delivery dates if need be to accommodate our move.

We had already been to 3 other outlets and dreams was excellent in available selection. The new las serving us was lovely, very helpful and had no hesitation in going to senior staff member to get information if she did not know it. The bed we decided on had a 60% discount - happy Aberdonian!!!

We had a great visit to your shop in Inverness. The salesman David made us very welcome, and let us browse for about 5 minutes before he came to make sure we were finding the product we were looking for. We had come only looking for a new mattress, for we had bought a new Sana bed about 2 years ago but did not buy a new mattress at that time. We thought all we had to do was buy a new mattress now for the Sana bed. We soon realised that we needed to buy a new bed and mattress. I had already made up my mind some time ago that the next bed that I bought would be a King size bed. The rest of this story is history.
