The salesman was very knowledgeable and did not rush me through options. He did not pressurise me either. That said, he did not have the authority to offer any discount other than off the old bed collection.

paid attention and time to us discussed what we wanted although only negative was I had to ask total price twice as bed headboard mattress etc was separate but experience was great
