Dave was extremely helpful, he listened to our needs, directed us to different mattresses, tried to find the right bed frames where he could. Can't say a bad thing about him - great salesman, an asset to your team.

Felt that under the circumstances, the staff took into account customer safety, offering masks and having hand sanitizer available on entrance. Still made the experience very positive.

Tracy was excellent from the minute I walked into the Inverness store. She determined my budget and needs very quickly and I have left feeling that I’ve purchased what is right for me rather than just the most expensive product. Very impressed with her knowledge!
