My experience at this dreams was very pleasant and positive. The employee who assisted me was approachable and friendly, and kindly explained the different options to me in a way I found easy to understand. I felt I was able to take my time in deciding, and this helped me feel more relaxed about the whole process.

Previous experience with this store and shopping with Dreams took us back on this occasion. The salesman was knowledgable and friendly and despite being short handed gave us as much of his time as we needed. He understood our requirements and never put us under any pressure.
