Dreams - Inverness

We were served by David when he finished with the previous customer (so this incurred an unavoidable wait as both staff members were with customers when we arrived). David was polite and friendly, knowledgeable about the products and offered additional products without being pushy. Overall great first experience with Dreams.

I'm a first time buyer and hadn't visited Dreams before, i had time to look and feel at ease, a salesperson Donnie approached me, pointed out items i may like, mentioned some deals available and also suggested trying the mattress sleep simulator. I was happy with the selection in store. After trying the simulator, Donnie used the details to point out 5 mattresses best suited at a range of price points. His product knowledge was top notch. I was really happy and bought 2 beds, 2 mattresses, pillows and a duvet. I can't wait for them to be delivered and have my first sleep in my new home. Donnie and his colleague were really friendly experts, we even had a coffee whilst working out our order. I will be back for a my special Hyde and Sleep Raspberry pillow. Thanks from a very happy new customer.

Welcomed almost as soon as I arrived and helped with my needs from start to finish. A really good experience and friendly service.

We were greeted when we entered the store but not pushed to buy until we had a look round

The staff were so friendly and helpful. One member of staff found balloons for our 2 year old grandson. They apologised for not being able to provide a delivery date as nine was available online

I was warmly greeted upon entering the store. The sales advisor was attentive to my needs and very knowledgeable. The costumer service was excellent from beginning to end. The staff were great with kids whilst we looked at different products. The offer of hot drinks was appreciated. Lovely team, great store!

Tracey, Donnie and Lisa were great hosts, there when we needed them and more importantly leaving us alone for a bit of space to think. They knew the product inside out and were able to advise and direct us to our final choice, without being pushy. I hate these shops where sales people are all over you as soon as you step into the store, they were there but not in your face. Well done, and thanks for the coffee Lisa
