Dreams - Inverness

Great customer service , used the simulator to see which bed best suited our needs , sales rep explained this to us brilliantly , we had plenty time to browse and decide on the products , really happy with complete experience.

We were greeted by David at the Inverness branch 2 weeks ago. We explained what we were looking for and David went to great lengths to give us all the product information we required. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the selection of mattresses and did not pressurise us into making a quick sale/purchase. We did not finalise the purchase on our first visit to the store as I wanted to check other suppliers in Inverness, BUT when I returned David remembered my name, my husbands name and the product we were looking at. With his assistance we ordered and paid for our new mattress and I am more than pleased with all his assistance. Well Done David for a really good customer service!

A fantastic, friendly and in depth knowledge of the products but never pushy. Showed the difference in the range, colour, size, sound, TVs. We can't wait to get our surround sound built In TV bed frame. We already have the tempur mattress and i just love. We then went on to buy 2 kingsize mattresses, duvet and 4 pillows and we only came in for a look!!

The welcome we received as we entered the store was just right. We didn't feel pressured or overpowered in any way. Donnie in the Inverness store is a credit to your company. I am a wheelchair user and Donnie went out of his way to ensure that I was comfortable and had sufficient space to manoeuvre. He also organised a cup of tea for me, which was excellent. He carried out the sleepmatic survey quickly and efficiently, then explained the results. He then showed us the recommended mattresses and allowed us to try them out. Donnie also showed us a mattress which was not on the survey, which was the one we actually selected. He didn't just try to sell us the most expensive mattress available, which was very refreshing. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience, and you can rest assured that we will recommend your company to all our friends and relatives. Thanks again, Donnie.

This was the first time my wife and I had purchased a mattress we had visited Benson for Beds priory to Dreams (Inverness) on that day. Donnie welcomed us into the store and offered us a tea or coffee which was a nice touch ( I am a General Manager of a 5 star Hotel to small touches are important) he advised if we needed help to let us know and he will put us on the sleep machine. We accepted and it chose the type of mattress we where looking for Donnie then took us through the various options and we made a purchase. Excellent delivery time which was a bonus also. Donnie was excellent and had great knowledge , we had never been to Dreams before but would not hesitate in recommending to friends and family.

The assistance we got from Donnie in the Inverness store was helpful and his advice was appreciated, the purchase was for our 10 year old grandson, he encouraged him to try the beds to see what was comfortable for him, the delivery was our choice and suited our needs. would certainly shop in Dreams in the future.

Was made welcome as soon as went through door. Had been before and had sleepnatch done and looked at a few options which were all explained and discussed with needs as required.

I was attended to as soon as I entered the store by friendly staff member Donnie. He answered all my questions and was first class during my time in store. From my initial In store enquiry to completion he was excellent. I spoke to all the staff and they were all very pleasant. The computer bed was a great start, pointed me in the right direction and the choice and variation was excellent. I had an enjoyable experience and was a pleasure shopping there. Thanks Donnie

We are in our 70s and both suffer with bad backs/knees etc. Our current mattress has not performed as well as expected and we need to replace. Research suggests a firm foam mattress might be the answer, so we visited dreams to see what was available. Having explained our needs to salesperson Donnie, he showed us the Tempur range and Dreams own Hyde and Sleep range which for us was much more comfortable and allowed much freer movement for my back. We discussed our thoughts with Donnie and decided to proceed, also taking the 'bedcover service plan'. We are very satisfied with Donnie and his team based on our recent experience.
