We were highly satisfied with our whole visit to dreams in Inverness. Donnie took us through the bed test to find out which type of bed we needed. Had a really good knowledge of his products and had infinite patience with us as we tried them all out.

Dreams had all my information from a previous visit so it was easy to place another order. They helped me come up with the right mattress for my needs. The delivery came on time through a very snowy day. They assembled the bed, took away the packaging and the old mattress, and cleaned up after themselves.

Dave was incredibly helpful and made a task that would usually be stressful for me very easy and simple. Answered every question I had and knew a lot about all the products.

Excellent customer service. The man who served us in the Inverness store took lots of time to make sure we were suited to the correct mattress to fully support us. Picking the base and headboard was easy as all the options were given to us and fully explained by the member of staff. Highly recommended. Thankyou Dreams inverness.

Very friendly assistant and made your feel very easy and the was knowledgeable about what he was selling and told you about each bed and did not skip over each bed and let you test each matrices and did not push you to make up your mind

We felt it was important for the salesperson helping us to facilitate our choice of the item we required. He made every effort to ennable us to test all the possible products available to us, and put us under no pressure to choose the most expensive, though we actually did. We had a lot of time to choose what we wanted and thoughout the salesman was helpful and informative.
