Donnie and his colleagues in the Inverness branch of dreams were very knowledgeable, helpful, relaxed and friendly. We visited 2 x. First time to find out more about your products and specials and next day to make our purchases. We have already recommended family members and a friend to pop in by Donnie. We were offered refreshments both times we visited and Donnies colleagues also had a chat to us and interacted with us. Most pleasant experience.

The staff member Donnie was very informative, helpful and friendly. I felt at ease and he knew lots of valuable detail as choosing beds is not always a simple task but Donnie made it easier to choose and decide on a purchase. Thank you

There was sufficient, knowledgeable, staff in the shop. We were not pressurised, but fairly advised on our purchase. We were given plenty of time to try out different products.

After visiting a competitor before visiting Dreams on Harbour road Inverness I was extremely surprised with the depth of knowledge shown from Donnie. No hard sales techniques were performed. We had trial on the sensory mattress to determine what we required. He then showed us various mattresses to suit our needs. Then allowed us to make our own choice. Cannot praise him enough.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Store well laid out, easy to look about. Prices displayed easy to understand.
