From the moment we entered the store we were given a bit of time on our own to look around and then asked if we needed any help. The staff were friendly & informative and we didn’t feel pressured into buying anything/making a rushed decision. We were also given refreshments.

Having just moved into my first house I decided I wanted a new bed, I went to bensons for beds and left shortly after as they were useless, I went to dreams in inverness holding little hope and was pleasantly surprised the man who served us was the most pleasant and helpful man I think I’ve come across in inverness, driven to help me find the product that is best suited for me and my budget, I could not thank him enough or speak highly enough of the services provided, ultimately the way I feel about my experience wasn’t much to do with company but the salesman

I didn’t feel pressurised into making a purchase and the lady that looked after me was very knowledgeable without being pushy

The young man in change was very competent and friendly-even making us a cup of tea. Impressed with your trial bed for data collecting. Hope we made the right choice as nearly all beds are comfortable for a couple of minutes!

The staff member in the Inverness branch (Mark I think) was excellent and helped us with a problem with a mattress from another company, in the end we demanded a refund and went straight to him to purchase our mattress.

Very helpful staff

Lisa was amazing!! She was attentive and so incredibly helpful. And makes a grand cup of tea.
