Extremely easy to deal with and everything was explained to us. I also liked the fact that you were given the opportunity to have a computer generated type of mattress to suit your individual needs. The salesman was polite and courteous throughout the sale. We had been shopping around for a bed and mattress for a while and were more than pleased with the product we purchased.

People buy from a person and our assistant could not have been more helpful. We spent a long time in the stores and what could have been a trying time was not, because of her friendly helpful attitude.

We dealt with Dave in your Inverness store and he was amazing from the beginning, he was friendly and didn't pressure you to buy anything which is a big deal for us as we hate feeling pressured into things. He had great knowledge of everything in the store and what we needed
