Staff were very efficient, informative and friendly. I did not feel rushed or under pressure. They took time to explain products and the differences in the mattresses. The whole experience was relaxed and friendly. I had already looked online to compare prices and found that Dremas were very competitive in this department.

Friendly staff who were in no rush and were in no way pushy. Took time to offer several products and explain benefits. 10/10 for the staff

Efficiency and friendliness of staff.

Wonderful service. Explained which mattress was the best for my daughter by using the new machine. Asked if we wanted a coffee/drink. Very friendly staff who directed us to the best mattress for our needs. Confirmed deliver time and date. Also gave us two free pillows as part of the deal. I will return in the future to purchase a new mattress when I need one for my double bed. I have also recommended the store to my friends ans family. Great service Thanks.

Did not know about the sleepmatch. Although I think it is worthwhile, it was quite a painful experience for me having to lie on my back for so long - I was nearly giving up!

Very friendly and knowledgeable salesman

We were served by Donnie who was extremely helpful without being overbearing. He was on his own in the store due to staff illness and had another customer to deal with. He managed this very well, by explaining the situation and reassuring us he would be with us shortly. Donnie gave us great advice in choosing our mattress and although the store was due to close at 6pm did not hurry us to make a decision. Donnie’s manner was professional, friendly and capable. We ordered a super king bed and mattress which we subsequently changed to a king size (husband’s fault for not measuring!). We contacted Donnie the following morning to amend the order which was done with no issue and the mattress protector and sheets we bought were swapped for the new size promptly and with no quibble. Overall, the experience we had in your Inverness branch was excellent and was due to the professionalism of Donnie. He is a real credit to your company and deserves recognition for going the extra mile to provide great customer service. We are now waiting for our bed to be delivered on the 11th April and we are hoping the delivery process is as good an experience as we had purchasing the products.
