The staff were friendly and attentive and tea or coffee was offered to us as soon as we arrived. Helpful advice was given from David on which mattresses would suit our needs and he was knowledgeable about the specifications of the different mattresses. He made our shopping experience easy.

Very informative Dreams are as a company, Instore and several updates regarding order and delivery, especially on the day update if time slot of two hours, that’s outstanding. The best experience I’ve received, I really felt Dreams had the heart of their customers from the service in store to the delivery of my bed. Sales assistant (LISA - Inverness) asked me what I needed, listened, and made excellent and clear recommendations. She was friendly, professional, gave me all the information I needed and also gave me space to try the beds, and think through my order without hassling me. Car park had been salted (very icy and horrible day) and I was offered tea etc. Honestly, couldn't fault your staff, they were excellent.

Tracey the shop manager is very down to earth and friendly made our family feel at ease.

I found the bed that I was looking for after spending a few hours going to four of your competitors. I was meet by a friendly store colleague who asked if we needed assistance and who was then helpful and thorough when explaining the sale process.
