Dreams was recommended to me by a number of people and I found the selection of mattresses was very good for my specific needs,

We were helped by a very competent assistant and did not feel at all pressurised.

Customer service A+. Dealt with by Dave who was very informative and helpful, also easy to to talk to.

I was given all the information I needed and given as much time as I needed to test the mattress. The cup of tea I was offered while testing was also very welcome. Check out, when I was ready, was also quick, efficient and easy.

After arriving we were giving a moment to have a look and than assistant ( I think Donnie) asked as if we were needed any help and provided us with all info we needed. Although we didn't buy bed frame on our first attempt we came back after less than hour we bought bed frame with free delivery and I also bought 2 tempura pillows mattress cover and new duvet. Only one downside was delivery but it is also related to our jobs. I hope it's going to be worth of waiting another 2 weeks for delivery our DREAMS bed.

Donnie was very helpful. We found what we were looking for quickly and our order was placed promptly. We were offered and accepted a lovely cup of tea which made the experience much more enjoyable. We purchased a few add ins but still felt the price was competitive.
