Great service, clear advice, quick sale late in the day, warmth of the welcome and service all rolled in with a coffee which was provided.

The guy who assisted me was very knowledgeable, wanted to know what I was looking for and was able to show me lots of potential beds, even getting me to try a few beds that I wouldn't necessarily tried if left on my own and actually liked the firmer mattress as apposed to a soft one I initially came in for. I have had a great nights sleep already. Very pleased with service. Only one thing I would say and that is the shops sign needs to be lit up as I passed it 3 times before actually seeing it.

Paul the sales advisor was very helpful, and his colleague even set the kids up with colouring in and Tom & Jerry on one of the bed TVs to keep them entertained allowing us to shop in peace...the only downside being they didn’t want to keep the kids to the end of the dvd!

We spent quite a bit of time in store trying to find a product that suited us, the sales assistant was very polite and patient! Also very knowledgeable on the products. As a result of this we left very satisfied with a new mattress and pillows.

I was highly satisfied with the staff who helped me select the correct bedding made us tea spoke open and honestly no fake sales language which makes for better sales in my experiences shopping .the price of the mattress I bought for the quality was astounding I always thought places like Dreams were above my budget for materialistic house goods but far far from it I found out and have already told friends and family of the price ranges and I know for a deffinate 4 are buying the 1 I bought .so thank you very much for saving me quite a lot of money for a quality mattress and please send my warmest regards to the funny and down to earth staff I had the pleasure of dealing with .
