It was easy to order and the staff were great

Lisa at the Inverness store was very attentive and helpful from the moment we walked in the store. Her knowledge of the products are great which helped us select the perfect mattress for us.

as I went I we were welcomed but not pushed to products. Dave (who served me) took the time to listen to what I was looking for and I could tell he was genuinely looking to find the best products to suit my needs. he gave me time to get a proper feel for the mattress before showing me more. he was very down to earth but extremely professional. Dave had previously sorted my mum and dad with new beds and mattresses so we went back for mine. Dave is fantastic at his job and I would defenitley use dreams again.

David was very helpful without being pushy

Customer assistant Dave in the Inverness store was extremely respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. Time was taken to ask us about what we wanted and expected from the product before explaining the differences between the good variety of products in store. At no time did he push or steer us towards a particular product, more that he helped us confirm the product we liked. I for one can be put off by a pushy service assistant but in this case I would recommend that they use Dreams and look out for Dave. We come across sales assistants every day but Dave has stuck out from the crowd and serves your company really well and should be recognised for this. It is easy to allow reports like this to pass but in the bigger picture I would like to think Dave is a valued member of staff who serves your company well/ I certainly thank him for his consideration and service.

Dropped into the Inverness store as I was passing and hadn't given it a thought as I contemplated moving house but my goodness so glad I did because it was a great experience.

Everything from the parking to being welcomed as we went in staff friendliness and helpfulness was just an unbelievable shopping dream!

The lady who assisted us was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and gave us the best advice on what to pick that was right for us. We were also offered tea or coffee which was greatly appreciated and accepted. Delivery time was also very quick and suited to us.

Staff very friendly and no pressure whatsoever thus creating a enjoyable atmosphere to browse around and in return happy to purchase. Knowledge of products very impressive. Donnie who assisted us throughout our visit can only be highly commended with his sales knowledge and great attitude. A joy to shop there.
