Lisa Stewart was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She was understanding to our needs and made suggestions based on what we wanted. There was no hard sell. She wanted us to be satisfied and reassured us with the 30 day money back guarantee. She made us coffee when we walked in. In short she was awesome.

The staff in the Inverness Dreams were very friendly and offered me a cup of coffee while I was browsing. Will definitely visit this store for future purchases as I did not feel any pressure to buy in this pleasant relaxed atmosphere.

We were very satisfied with our experience at Dreams, Inverness as we were given time to look around before the Sales Rep approached us to ask if we needed any help and he would be happy to do so. We said we were fine for the moment and would ask him for help if needed, to which he was very polite and said just to call him over if and when we needed him, he explained quickly what all the differnt colour areas were for and then left us to browse. We were very interested in on bed in particular and after looking at others we walked over and asked for his assistance. He was very happy to explain and also offered us a coffee while he explained the bed, mattress difference in price per bed size, he asked us exactly what we were looking for in a bed and mattress and was very happy to let us lie on different mattresses to see what one we prefered. We then were very happy with putting a order in on the bed and mattress we wanted, happy in the knowledge that we were not hassled in anyway during our time in the shop and came away happy.

The lady assistant was very noligable on all questions asked.Ending with us buying other products.Follow up text phone calls etc useful including time of delivery. A good firm to deal with.

The assistant who dealt with me was very knowledgeable and helpful....he explained in detail everything I needed to know and then left me to try out the mattresses numerous time....there was no pressure....didn’t feel hassled.
