Both sales assistants were extremely helpful and friendly and I was under no pressure and had a nice chat about the available products and options and overall it was a lovely experience.

We were well looked after during our visit, offered tea, coffee and water. I asked about beds with storage and was shown around them all (some several times upon request) the beds were lifted up from the front, side and drawers pulled out to show their sturdiness to help in our decision. We were advised accordingly in what would be sutiable options with the mattress we had chosen. When we were trying out several mattresses (again some several times) it was made sure our comfy pillows followed us. Could not fault our experience at all. Thank you.
