The two ladies in the store were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable on their products. They took time to understand our needs and gave a very thorough explanation of the options available. There was no hard sell and the whole experience was very pleasant.

The two girls in the store Lisa & another girl we very nice to us.my wife & I were offered tea / coffee whilst choosing our new mattress & pillows.we would certainly go back to this store as we have done before for our beds etc, really satisfied credit to them both,

Excellent assistance

We met Dave who was friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. He guided us through the different types of mattress, the construction and the pillows. He certainly had great product knowledge and was extremely helpful. Another we liked was he didn't pressure us into anything, he just allowed us to take our time.

Dave was attentive and full of information but not in your face so we did not feel forced into a decision. Dave selected the bed based on our needs but allowed us to consider our selection over night and try other beds before selecting the one we wanted.

Website gave all the information before I visited the store, huge range of beds on display. Help on hand to choose in the price range I wanted to spend. Delivery team great.Bed very comfortable. Absolutely delighted I chose Dreams for my new bed.

It had been sometime since I/we last purchased a new bed. There is so much choice, on-line and in local stores. I was delighted to find Dreams had opened a new store in my city. There was so much to choose from but the staff made it very easy for me, answering all my questions, giving me plenty of time, making me a cup of coffee. When I made my choice I asked salesman David for a quote, took the quote home to look through all the details. I phoned David back the next day and placed my order. My bed was delivered his morning an hour earlier than the allocated time slot between 11am and 1pm. The delivery team were very efficient and helpful, they even took my old bed down stairs for me. Thank you all very much, my pampered Persian cat has already had his afternoon nap on my new bed and I'm looking forward to my first nights sleep.

The Staff were warm and friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgable. Keen to help without being pushy. A great shopping experience.

We would especially like to commend Donnie whom helped us during our visit. Very helpful, friendly and attentive which is a rare thing in retail these days!

The assistant was very helpful. I had researched this online so she clicked on and we checked the item together.
