Good informative and friendly service.

Friendly service from a knowledgable assistant who instinctively knew when to offer advice and when to leave us to wander amongst the displays to try the various mattresses.

The staff could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. They seemed genuinely sorry that we would not take a cup of coffee but we had just had breakfast. They made us feel really appreciated and that they were very grateful for our custom.

We spent about 2 hours in your Inverness store making our minds up over choosing what was going to be the right mattress for us throughout the staff were available but we did not feel pressured in choosing, which was so nice as so often in stores you feel pressured by staff. When we had made our minds up we were dealt with in a very freindly and helpful manner and delivery was arranged very quickly. We were later contacted by e-mail giving us a 2 hour window for the delivery day this was also later confirmed. The delivery men were also very helpful and quick the mattress was taken to the room of our choice and wrapping removed and old mattress taken away. Was also impressed that they put on over shoes as it was very wet out side. It is so refreshing to get such good service from start to finish by all the staff that work for Dreams.

Very pleased with shop and staff very knowledgeable and friendly .We were offered tea or coffee .All in all a very good experience.

We spent about 2 hours looking around the store and trying many beds, throughout the staff were always in attendance in case we needed help but they were not in your face. Several times they asked us if we would like a coffee or tea. It was so nice not having them standing on your shoulder which we have experienced in other stores and tends to drive us away, so well done to your staff.

Sales Assistant (Tracy) in the Inverness Store was absolutely fantastic - she had an excellent knowledge of your product range, spent time with us to understand just what we were looking for and was not pushy. Couldn't have been better.

The show room was well laid out, and the products clearly labelled. I was approached by an assistant who guided me without throwing any 'sales pitch' at me. She listened to my questions, responded appropriately and allowed me to test some of the mattresses.

Customer service was excellent, very friendly and knew what they were talking about
