We were dealt with by a highly professional and welcoming young man. He was very patient and made us feel valued as a customer. It was a relaxed atmosphere with no pressure. The young man was polite and highly knowledgeable and is a credit to your company. He obviously has had excellent training as his knowledge of the products was excellent and we felt very happy with the service we received.

The salesman, Dave, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products on offer. Without any pressure we purchased a top quality Tempur mattress after originally intending to buy a medium priced mattress. When we expressed an interest in pillows he was again knowledeable and we were able to test a full range without any pressure, again purchasing the most expensive. We were made to feel very welcome and felt that we would have been treated with the same courtesy if we had not purchased anything. We would certainly return in the future and would not hesitate to recommend your store to others. Our shopping experience was a positive one on all levels. Thank you.
