The salesman was very friendly and knowledgable and not pushy at all. He even pointed out that there was an offer on bedside cabinets that we hadn't noticed so we ended up getting 3 for the price of the 2 we were going to buy anyway!

Donnie the sales person was lovely and very knowledgeable. He helped my husband and I find exactly what we were looking for in a friendly but professional way. He is a credit to your store.

We were welcomed and then not harrassed at all. We were offered tea/coffee and told ask if we needed anything at all. We did ask several questions and were answered by enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff - but then we were left to continue browing. When we decided to place our order, it was quick and efficient. We went to every bed retail outlet in Inverness - Dreams were the best - especially the staff. A pleasure to shop
