The 2 staff members were very helpful and understanding of our needs. We did not feel rushed or pressured into buying a mattress. The mug of coffee was also lovely

Staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. He knew what we needed with just a small bit of info....he showed us several options to suit our budget without being pushy. He was very informative across the ranges of products. Made sure we had all we required to fit out our spare room bed.

We were dealt with in a professional manner and Donnie (Inverness branch) was very helpful and knowledgeable during our visit.

Tyree in the Inverness store was friendly helpful patient. Some sales staff can be pushy and annoying, Tyree got the balance right making us aware that she was available to help, talked us through the colour system in the beds. Got me a pillow offered the sleep weight test. Left us when I said we would look around but stayed close enough to be available when we narrowed our choice down

I found the young staff member extremely helpful and friendly. She listened to our requirements and picked out the perfect mattress for us.
