Staff made it so easy so pleasant and helpful

Our visit was relaxed and we were greeted upon entry but given time to look around without being hassled. Assistance was immediately available when we queries an item and an offer of coffee/tea was most welcome at the same time. Dave was very clear on both the technical and personal aspects concerning our choice of bed and accessories (mattress protectors and pillows etc). We left with a clear idea of what we wanted and following a short discussion and evaluation of the various showrooms we had visited over the previous days, we returned and concluded the purchase. Dave even stayed after closing time to complete our purchase which was carried out in a friendly professional manner.

We were very happy with our greeting when we arrived at the store. The assistant was most helpful explaining in great detail all the items we looked at. We also had a lovely cuppa as we looked around. There was no pressure to buy. We were able to go away and think about the purchase and returned with another nice greeting when we arrived. When we decided to purchase our new bed and accessories the assistant was so efficient in doing the paperwork and explainging every detail. All in all it was a pleasant experience and would return in the future.

The salesman David was very supportive and understanding. He took time to listen to our needs and was helpful. His colleague took the time to entertain our daughter which really helped. I would send people to the store based on that experience.

For all the reasons answered highly satisfied previously. Very pleasant and helpful staff, nothing seemed too much trouble and very satisfied with my purchase.

We purchased a bed about a year ago and were so pleased with the service we decided to return a we wanted to buy a guest bed. We spoke to a different member of staff, Donnie, who was patient and knowledgeable - no hard sell. We are in fact returning today to buy a headboard
