Dreams - Inverness

First off let me say what brilliant staff the Inverness store has. The staff went above and beyond our needs and were very positive the whole time. A name I may mention is Dave, what a wonderful gentleman he was, he went above dreams policy and helped us in individually and wouldn't stop until we were satisfied. He even went to get a jug of cold water to cool my babies bottle down and at the same time he made us all coffee. I will most defiantly be coming back to that store. Not only that but it was an overall bubbly, clean, happy environment and trying out as many beds as we did was quite amusing with such patience from your staff helping us. I can go on but let me Finnish with THAT is the text book store you should push upon other locations. - Thank you Dave

The sales assistant and manager both spend significant time with us, sharing their extensive knowledge and ensuring we received the right product to best match our needs. The coffee was also very much appreciated.

The member of staff who sold us the mattress was the same one we had bought a mattress from the previous year. He quickly understood what we were looking for and gave us his opinion in a friendly and polite manner. We were looking for a mattress for our spare room so he immediately understood we didn't want to spend a huge amount of money and was able to give us further information and help about the mattress we were interested in. He then took us through the purchase very swiftly and made us aware of the extras we could purchase. He was never pushy and was very professional throughout. There is a reason this is the second time we went to this store to purchase a mattress and when we need to purchase another one we will definitely go back.

Generally, I will not complete these surveys. However, Dave, the store assistant in Inverness was so knowledgable, helpful and efficient I am completing this one. From the moment we walked in, he listened, understood our needs, had product knowledge at his fingertips, made us a cup of tea while we thought about our choice and completed the sale without pressure or hype. It was a pleasure to make the purchase.

BOTH MY WIFE AND I ARE IN OUR SEVENTIES WITH RATHER SEVERE BACK AND LEG PROBLEMS SINCE WE TOOK DELIVERY OF OUR INSIGNIA BURNHAM MATTRESS WE CANNOT EXPLAIN THE COMFORT IT IS TO SLEEP ON A TOP CLASS MATTRESS. THANK YOU ALL

Dave was very helpful and he remembered me from the last time I was in the store. My experience was pretty easy.

I was treated very friendly and Donnie came across very knowledgeable. And very helpful I would highly recommend.

Staff were lovely, so welcoming. Allowed us plenty time to choose and try out all the different mattresses but were there with helpful info when we needed it without feeling bombarded. Felt they had the right balance of service/sales. I’d go as far as saying perfect balance.
