We were not rushed when we entered the store, the assistant introduced himself then left us to browse at our leasure. When we were ready to ask questions he was very attentive and explained the colour coding. Once we had decided what we wanted Donald was there and walked us through the paper work at ease. A very enjoyable experience all together.

The sales lady was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products. I was with my dog and he was welcome in the store. All in all a good experience.

Store manager was very helpful explaining all products and listening to our needs .

When we entered the Store in Inverness we were met by Donnie MacLennan and he showed us various mattress explaining each one. Then left us to try out the various mattress at our leisure. We then choose Therapur Acti Gel Plus Tranquil 2000 K mattress and completed the paper work. Donnie is a credit to your company friendly pleasant with a great sense of hummour. Also a great cup of coffee.

Both the manager and sales lady @ Inverness were most helpfull and knowledgefull during our visit . Thre sales transaction was friendly without pressure. Geo Brian Knotts
