Tracey who served me in Inverness store could not have been more helpful. I tried three different mattresses: numerous times before making my decision.Tracey was so polite, patient and overall stood back for me to make decisuon. Was never pushy for a sale. All her above attributes made this journey for a new bed and mattress a pleasure. Would definitely recommend Dreams to relatives, friends and neighbours. Particularly appreciated uplift of old bed/mattress plus delivery persons assemble new product (well worth extra cost). Overall high standard offered.
