Brilliant service, I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store and offered a tea or coffee. Brilliant product knowledge and advice.

from the minute we arrived, Donnie was very attentive and very knowledgeable on the products we were looking at, He explained the difference between all of the Tempur mattresses and letting us take our time to try all without any pressure, before deciding on our purchase of the Tempur Cool Touch Contour Elite mattress and also showing us all the bed frames and Divan bases before deciding on the Francis Black Leather Ottoman, he took time to demonstrate the product and did not rush us into making a decision. He explained about delivery times and again discussed all aspects of our invoice, he was a pleasure to deal with and with no pressure applied we would have no hesitation in dealing with Dreams in the future if the same customer service is applied.

I needed a mattress to take away and ordered one to be delivered. Everything was sorted very quickly and the sales assistant helped me pick the right ones, sorted out free delivery and even carried the roll up mattress out to my vehicle for me. Thanks

very knowledgeable gentleman never tried the hard sale explained how the mattress were rated and explained pros and cons of each one made to feel at ease throughout stay in shop. also took time to explained the benefits of extended warranty on mattress which I normally decline as normally are a waste of money this one very good value for money for 8 year warranty. very impressed with the customer service not just from the gentleman serving us but both other members of staff happy chatted away through out our visit never used the shop prior to my visit but was extremely impressed from start to finish very happy customer

The two members of staff on duty could not have been more helpful or professional as well as friendly. Their advice meant we got a bed to suit our room.
