Very impressed with staff assisting in store

We were looked after very well at this store, without the sales person being pushy. They were happy to give us a much time as we needed.

Store Manager Tracy greeted me on entering the store and ably assisted with my needs without being 'pushy', and understood what I needed and explained in detail the various options available. The store is bright tidy and clean. Beds are well presented and it was easy to view the good selection available

A friendly and efficient service

The staff was really helpful, I never had an idea of what I wanted they helped explain everything from bed frames, mattress, pillow, beds so the details of what they said help make the decision easier

The selection of beds was very good and was impressed at the sale prices. The assistant who helped was extremely friendly and knowledgable and was very pleased with his service.

The store assistant made the information available and gave us time to consider options. He was very knowledgeable and appeared to take our preferences into account when making recommendations. The process was quick and kept simple throughout. We did not feel pressured at anytime. We have recommended the sales assistant (Dave - Inverness store) to family members this afternoon who are looking for beds.
