Tracy who attended to us was so efficient and very helpful with every thing we asked about and her colleagues were very pleasant and helpful too .

All three staff in the Inverness store were very friendly and knowledgeable. We were also offered tea during our deliberations which was really positive hospitality. The gentleman helped me select the right bed, ably supported by the two ladies. The ladies then helped with the selection of sheets, duvets etc.. Altoghter an enjoyable experience. Well done to your staff.

Sales staff were very helpful and knowlegeable. They helped us pick the best bed and mattress to suit us. In particular Tracy and Donnie were very helpful. The goods we purchased were good quality with a realistic price. We are very happy with the service we received at Dreams.

The assistant was very knowlegable on the products . Very patient and friendly.

We were buying a bed in a shop in Inverness for delivery to an address in Edinburgh and thought this might be a problem but it wasn't even an issue. We were very pleased with the offers available in the summer sale which meant we made a significant saving on the prices we had seen for the same products on a previous visit to another store. The assistant who served us was helpful and informative but also left us to discuss our purchase choices without feeling in any way pressurised.

Staff knowledgeable and efficient.

Didn't feel like I was pushed into buying. I explained what I was looking for and was shown my options and left to look. Because there was no pressure, this is why I made a purchase there and then without looking else where. Iv had experiences at other retailers (not dreams) where the assistant made me feel like I had to buy etc. Overall no complaints at all.

Our assistant Tracy was just great (Inverness Store). We arrived very late in the day and she was more than helpful and friendly. She had great knowledge and helped us with our choice. Very friendly place and we would definitely shop here again. Don't have the mattress until next week but have high hopes. Jane Brennan
