I was highly satisfied because the shop assistant put me at ease and explained the lay out of the beds, the colour codes and what they meant, gave his time very happyly, was very professional throughout, which helped tremendously, with such a big decision.

We had a great time in the store. Tracy was fantastic with entertaining my toddler while we went round the shop. She explained the products we were interested in to us in depth & gave us recommendations. There was no hard Sale (which I dislike) and was given a quote for the bed & mattress we were interested in along with a brochure. I returned to the store the next day after discussed with my partner, and purchased the items.

The lady that served us took her time explaining products to us and recommending items. Very helpful. Ended up buying two tempur pillows instead of a bed, which i really cant get comfy with😔 They were a fortune as well so unsure if i can do anything about this now i've slept on it.

Staff were very helpful ,leaving us to make a decision and immediately on hand to complete the deal when we were ready. Not trying to put pressure on like most salespeople.

Donnie the salesman was most helpful.. I also checked out the mattress that I wanted to purchase. It was highly recommended by Which magazine. The salesman also confirmed that I had made a very good choice. I am very satisfied and look forward to receiving the mattress.

Went to this store to shop for beds on the back of the recommendations of previous shoppers, and we were not disappointed.

Young man was friendly without all the hard sell which made me purchase within store. When I decided to buy that day he completed my order efficiently offered further purchases of pillows etc but when I did not want he accepted this without any sales patter excellent service would definitely recommend Dreams in Inverness

Donnie in the shop knew the products and helped us without being pushy which was great, gave us plenty time to try as many beds as we wanted, will come back and buy the next bed from here.

The staff in the shop were friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the beds that we were looking at. They were on hand when we wanted to discuss the products but gave us space to discuss our options. This was done intuitively and ensured that we felt comfortable in making our decision. There was no pressure to rush into a decision at any point. It was an enjoyable shopping experience for us.
