Assistant was very helpful, delivery time very good.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff, great with my two little ones.

The car parking was very good and the assistant was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The price was higher than I anticipated but nevertheless the quality of product seems so good that I suppose I should not have expected anything other than a high price !

The salesman was Highly Knowledgeable and very helpful and he was not pushy and very patient through our transaction Sheila Shepherd

The Lady who attended my wife and I understood why a change of mattress was required and why it was necessary to have the pillow she recommended. Having tried my pillow I slept better and did not have the sore neck I had been getting on a regular basis. I hope the mattress does the same for us both.

Tracy was very helpful and new exactly what we required. Listening to what we had to say she was able to point us in the right direction. We purchased besides a mattress but pillows one each. I can say after trying mine I have not woken up with a sore neck as in the past with the old one. So she definitely got it correct. My wife is still getting used to hers. We now await the delivery of the mattress and if it works anything like the pillow we will be more than satisfied.

Never been to a Dreams store before so were impressed by showroom and experience.

Had concerns about bed size Donnie was very helpful and knowledgable , giving us assistance and sending us home with all relevant sizes for our bedroom space , when we arrived home we measured up and phoned Donnie at Inverness branch to complete order , highly satisfied with service .
