Very attentive knowledge assistant

We really didn't know what to look for and the assistant, Tiree, was extremely friendly, helpful and well informed. We loved the experience of the tester bed, which worked out what we needed and then we tried out just enough beds. Altogether, choosing a new mattress proved a fun, enjoyable experience.
