Dreams - Inverness

Everyone was so helpful and answered any questions we had regarding beds mattresses etc. The quoted delivery date was at least 3 weeks quicker than other places we tried. All in all our experience at your Inverness store excellent and we would definitely shop there again. Thank you.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable, friendly, but not overly so. Meaning that we were able to take our time, without being rushed over our decision to buy.

We arrived at the store and was immediately welcomed by david who asked if we required assistance. I explained what I was looking for and david was very helpful. we found the colour coded beds very helpful when choosing our mattress and david's explanation regarding the guarantees was clear and easy to understand. he made a lovely cup of tea and was vary pleasant and not at all pushy. Dreams was the first shop we had visited that day out of the 5 we intended to go to but we were more then happy to just take the first we found.

The actual mattress as viewed on line was not actually in the store but a member of staff showed us the equivalent which we were pleased with, and we therefore decided to buy the mattress that we viewed on line.
