I had no idea what sort of mattress I was looking for & David, the sales assistant, explained about the different types & options available, gave me as much time as I wanted to test out the mattresses in the store & there was no pressure on me to purchase anything.

Extemely helpful and pleasant sales assistant who took time to assist us and show us various styles and products. Helpful but not pushy and gave us plenty of time to make up our own minds. Good variety of beds so plenty of choice over various price ranges.
