Was not 'pounced' on as soon as I was thru the door. Given time to look around then I was asked if I needed any help. Then the answers and advice given to me were excellent. Points came up that I hadn't thought about!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Donnie the sales person was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and was a great help in finding the suitable mattress for us.

We were seen to immediately we walked in to the store, and were taken through the various options open to us prior to making a decision.

My husband and I were both having back problems as a result of a cheap mattress we bought 2 years ago. We went to Dreams and were helped by a very helpful colleague who listened to our needs and recommended several products. We ended up finding an ex display Temper mattress and got a great discount and even better, it was delivered with a week. We're both happy with our purchase and will recommend Dreams to our friends and family.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The bed looks like it will be sturdy and good quality so I hope that we won't be disappointed when it comes.

Staff member Donnie was hugely helpful and spent time with us making the correct choices for what we needed. Very informative and generally made the experience relaxed, easy and enjoyable

We were only in to look on passing as actually on our way to purchase at another store. We were so impressed with the staff and the way we were dealt with especially as we had had a difficult emotional day already. We got a fantastic deal with a great delivery date (well before Xmas). would have no hesitation on returning to this store if any further purchases were needed. Very impressed with the items in store and online. Great service especially to Dave!
