When we were ready, he was too. We were dreading this purchase - put it off for two years because we were dreading the process. Our fears were unfounded. If we are still capable of moving in ten years - we will be back! Thank you sir! Store well stocked, good range of products and a loo. Critical when you've just driven 3 hours from the Isle of Skye!

The store assistant was very helpful yet not pushy, he listened to our needs and advised accordingly. He was very helpful in describing the features in the various designs and made our selection of a new mattress a lot easier. The price he organised for our product we purchased was excellent and we were both highly delighted with every aspect of the experience.

The person who assisted us called Donnie was very knowledgable and very helpful. He was on hand to answer any questions we had but did not "hover over us" or display any pressure to make us make a purchase. He was able to answer in depth any questions we had about the various beds we tried. In having this knowledge we feel pretty certain that we made the right choice and purchase.

I was very satisfied, I explained my needs and the assistant was able to show me a product that fulfilled my need. He was very helpful and I was very happy to know my order would be delivered in eight days.
