The staff at the branch were not only attentive, understanding & extremely helpful. We had 2 young children with us and the store manager Tracy spent time with the kids and got them to choose their beds whilst making the whole experience for them about fun and not just bed shopping, whilst this was going on Davey spent time with us and got us not only the perfect bed but was interested in how we were decorating our house so he could match the bed to our colour scheme. Magnificent staff and a pleasure to deal with. Tracy and Davy in Inverness are a credit to your organistaion. Well done to all

After indicating our requirements your representative (Tracy) made suggestions of types of beds available and encouraged testing. It was easy to make a decision on the bed requirement . We are very pleased with the service provided and would have no qualms in returning to your Inverness outlet.

Experience was quick and staff knowledgeable and helpful. However could not view single beds and headboards individually. This was the only complaint.

Good range of products. Feedback score system from customers was very helpful and important. Good website - easily navigated. Good value for money products especially the sale prices.

The assistant took time to explain everything and to try out the beds etc. It was an enjoyable experience and I was not rushed to make a decision.

From the moment I walked into the store, Tracy was welcoming and understanding to my needs and even though my budget was not at the expensive end of the beds this didn't effect the level of service she gave. She also allowed me time to relax on several different types of mattress before committing to the purchase of my new mattress
