David was very efficient and helpful for our needs going beyond but never overstating anything nothing was a bother did not crowd us but left us to try out beds answering our questions when required and introduced us to memory pillows also gave us welcome cup of coffee whilst processing our order well done david

Customer service excellent, Friendly and knowledgeable staff who spent a long time with understanding our needs, even made us coffee. No pressure from staff just a great deal of patience.

Friendly salesman who was there to help us with our choice, but gave us enough time on our own to feel comfortable trying all the beds out. Buying a bed is a very expensive thing to do these days so you want to make sure you get the right one! I feel like we have done and now await its arrival.

Excellent service from staff member in Inverness store. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He was not pushy; kept a discreet distance & was there when we needed help.
