Item was out of stock and not expected to be back in stock for 6 weeks and delivery to be arranged after this 6 week wait

The manner and conduct the staff presented us with was professional, approachable and very knowledgeable. The moment we walked in the doors we were kindly assisted without too much coercion. The perfect bed for us was found without any preamble and with careful consideration to our personal and financial needs in mind. I was even offered coffee and one lady took the time to cater for my two very difficult daughter's as we finalised the details. Will definitely recommend to friends and family

The staff were very helpful and attentive and assisted me every step of the way.

We we greeted warmly, and when we described our requirements, we where given a brief overview of where to find those items within the store. We were then given our privacy to deliberate between ourselves, with the occasional inquiry on whether staff could be of further assistance. Staff were attentive and all product lines associated with our purchase were presented to us. Staff knowledge base was also very helpful in helping us make our decision on what model to purchase.

Questions on all aspects of our requirements and about suitable products were skilfully, efficiently and cheerfully handled and we were made to feel comfortable and welcome.

Really helpful and knowledgeable

The assistant, Stacey, was great. She was very friendly and spent time understanding our needs. We had her full attention during our visit and she did not push to sell a more expensive item which often happens elsewhere.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and able to offer the service that we were looking for. We had looked at deals online prior to our visit to the store and staff were able to facilitate our search by directing us to the appropriate mattresses that we required.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I visited in December and the staff were not pushy or highly sales motivated which made me come back, if they were overly pushy it would have put me off. They were pleasant and gave me a lot of their time and nothing seemed to be to much hassle
