I was impressed for as soon as i entered the store someone came right away to ask if they could help me and when i explained what i was looking for he advised me about the different products his name is Michael and even offered me a cup of tea. He was very friendly and very patient and told me to take my time when choosing a mattress and trying different ones.I was very satified thank you

Accommodating and friendly staff, the fact that we could try the beds first and the staffs knowledge of which would be best. Also the staffs recommendations on guarantees and how to keep the product we bought at it's best.

Stuart and Michael were both very helpful and assisted us accurately with knowledge and experience of what we could have.

Staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Transaction was completed quickly and efficiently.

Great service that absolutely got me what I needed in good time. No overselling the most expensive product, very satisfied with the range I was offered and shown and left feeling like I got a good deal on my purchase. Very friendly staff that really helped me.

First time in Dreams and was assisted by a new employee Kenny who was polite and courteous, allowed plenty of time to try products. No sales push which is a major thing for us! Available if needed. Offered excellent advice about products considering he is a new employee.

I knew exactly what i wanted as i had looked online, and when i went instore to order i was treated very well and did not have a salesperson trying to get me to spend above my budget or choose another product

Gareth in the Irvine store was very knowledgeable on all the products and helped me find the mattress I was looking for, for my needs. He was also training several new starts at the same time. He was very clear and helpful both with myself and if any of his new colleagues had questions. I was very impressed.
